Who Are We?    
Miranda Kate Seaman is the firm’s Senior Partner. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992. Following a period of time as a Partner in firms in London and Hertfordshire she joined Landons in 2000 and was made a Partner in 2002. She specialises in Family Law. She is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel. She enjoys singing and is the Assistant Curate of Ingatestone Church.  
Janette Johnston is a Partner in the firm. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1999 she was also admitted as a solicitor in 2008. She worked for a London firm of solicitors before joining Landons in 2005. She specialises in Family Law as well as general litigation matters such as commercial disputes, employment, debt collection, personal injury as well as boundary disputes. She enjoys good food, going to the theatre and listening to music.  

Andrew Worrell is our Accounts and Office Manager. He has been with the firm for over 20 years and is in charge of much of the day to day administration. In his spare time he enjoys good food, running and travelling.

 

 

Geoffrey Paul Green is a Consultant in the firm. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1961 and joined Landons the same year. He specialises in Conveyancing, Will and Trusts and is a Commissioner for Oaths. He was Clerk and Legal Advisor to the General Commissioner of Taxes for the Brentwood and Grays Divisons before its re-organisation and modernisation in April 2009. He enjoys singing, philately and postal history.

 
David Gillett David Gillett is a Consultant in the firm. He joined Landons in November 2008 upon the merger of his practice as a sole practitioner under the name of Barnes Gillett with Landons. David was admitted as a Solicitor in 1971, he worked in the City for some 5 years post-qualification, before moving out to Brentwood where he has practised for the last 30 years. His specialities are property, company and commercial law, wills, probate and estate planning. His pastimes are walking, travelling, gardening, theatre and the arts.  
Linda Huggett is a senior Solicitor in the firm. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1978 and then qualified as a Solicitor in 1998. She worked for a period of time as a Partner in a London firm. Linda joined Landons in 2010, she specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, Wills and Probate, Inheritance Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and elderly Client advice.

Linda is a Local Authority Councillor and is actively involved in her local community, business and environmental initiatives and is also a School Governor.
