We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our firm.
We are looking for somebody who has previous experience working in a law firm as either a secretary or receptionist. You must have excellent communication skills and have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. You must also be well presented and be able to use your own initiative, be able to work as part of a team and also on your own.
The role will include but not be limited to; answering incoming calls and direct to relevant department or fee earner, taking new enquiries and pass to the relevant department, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, booking and managing the meeting rooms, managing the booking out of deeds, inputting new deeds onto the system, assisting with file closing, managing incoming and outgoing post and assisting fee earners when busy with administration duties.
