Civil Litigation and Disputes
Our team handles a wide range of contentious issues. We are committed to working in the best interests of our clients and involve them fully at all times. We aim to resolve disputes quickly, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
Many disputes can be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution methods (ADR) such as mediation and arbitration. These methods tend to be quicker, cheaper and less formal than going to Court.
When it is impossible to resolve matters without turning to Court, we are experienced in providing a robust and thorough presentation of our clients’ cases.
Whatever method is used to resolve disputes, we provide a high quality service and we are always client-focussed. We pride ourselves on being approachable and we maintain regular communication with our clients to ensure that they are well informed about the progress of their case.
We can provide experienced legal support in areas such as:
- Contractual disputes to include goods and services;
- Debt collection;
- Freezing injuctions – known as Mareva injuctions or atomic bombs
- Land disputes;
- Landlord and tenant claims;
- Contentious employment
- Personal injury.
- Propoerty disputes.
Personal injury fee arrangement: we are willing to enter into Conditional Fee Agreements with those clients whose chances of success are over 51%. We can arrange an initial free consultation to advise clients as to whether they have a good chance of succeeding in relation to both liability and damages.
